Frequently Asked Questions
What is creativity coaching, exactly?
Creativity coaching is a collaborative space where we explore your creative process, your inner voice, and the things that might be getting in the way. It’s a mix of conversation, reflection, and creative presence — grounded in deep listening and intuitive guidance. Sometimes it’s about clarity. Sometimes it’s about permission. Often, it’s about coming back to yourself.
Do I have to be a working artist to work with you?
Not at all. You might be an artist, a writer, a designer — or an entrepreneur, building something from vision and instinct. Creativity shows up in many forms. You might simply feel the pull to make something — even if you're not sure what that something is yet. If you feel a quiet ache to reconnect with your creativity, you’re in the right place.
What happens during a session?
Each session begins with a moment to land — often a breath, a pause, or a check-in. From there, we follow what’s present. That might mean exploring a creative block, tending to perfectionism, working with a body-based practice, or untangling your relationship to output and identity. There’s no fixed formula — just a commitment to your unfolding process.
How often do people book sessions?
Some people work with me weekly or fortnightly as a steady part of their creative life. Others reach out when they’re stuck, in transition, or simply need a reset. You can begin with a single session or choose a 4-session package to explore more deeply over time.
What if I’m feeling burnt out or unsure where to start?
You don’t need to have it figured out to begin. Many people come to coaching in moments of creative fatigue or uncertainty — when the old ways of working no longer feel nourishing. Together, we’ll explore new rhythms that support your creative wellbeing — gently, sustainably, and in alignment with what matters to you.
What if I’m overwhelmed by AI, algorithms, and the changing landscape of creativity?
You’re not alone. Many creatives are navigating a quiet sense of grief or displacement as the tools, timelines, and expectations around creative work shift rapidly. If you’re feeling unsure where your voice fits in — or wondering how to make meaningful work in an age of automation — our sessions can be a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the kind of creativity that can’t be generated or replicated. There’s still abundance in what only you can make.
Is this the right fit for me?
If you’re craving space to slow down, tune in, and create from a place of truth — yes. If you’re tired of hustle culture and long to make work that feels real, resonant, and alive — yes. If you want someone beside you who will offer presence, perspective, and care — yes.
Why do you do this work?
Because I believe in creativity as a source of healing, clarity, and connection. Because I’ve known the loneliness of disconnection and the beauty of return. Because I feel deep gratitude for the creative life I’ve found — and I want to share that with others. This work isn’t just something I offer. It’s something I live.
What’s your cancellation or refund policy?
If you need to reschedule, please give 24 hours’ notice so we can open the space to someone else. I don’t offer refunds for missed sessions, but I’m always happy to find a new time if life gets in the way. We work in a spirit of mutual respect — with trust, flexibility, and good communication.
How do I book a session?
You can purchase a single session or a 4-session package through the Coaching Page. Once I receive your booking, I’ll send you an email with a few grounding questions, and we’ll find a time that works for you. We meet via Zoom, and all communication is handled directly — no booking apps, just a real exchange.
What if I still have questions?
Reach out anytime. Whether you're ready to book or just feeling a flicker of curiosity, I’m always happy to connect. I believe creativity flourishes when we feel safe, seen, and supported. Let’s begin from there — and trust in the gratitude and abundance that creativity can bring.
